Boxing Australia

I acknowledge and agree that:

1) I have read, understood and agree to abide by the Australian National Anti-Doping Policy (available on the Sport Integrity Australia website at https://www.sportintegrity.gov.au/what-we-do/anti-doping/ world-anti-doping-code/australian-national-anti-doping-policy), effective from 1 January 2021, being the anti-doping policy adopted by Boxing Australia and applicable to all participants in Boxing Australia.

2) I have read, understood and agree to abide by Boxing Australia’s National Integrity Framework policies (available at Complaints & Sports Integrity - Boxing Australia, effective from October 2022 and applicable to all participants in Boxing.

3) I have read, understood and agree to abide by Boxing Australia’s Constitution, BA Code of Conduct and all Regulations & Policies by Boxing Australia (all available at Boxing Australia website under Governance) , and also agree to comply with any other policies adopted by Boxing Australia

4) It is my responsibility to familiarise myself with these policies, including any updates to the policies and other policies as adopted by Boxing Australia that I am advised of in future.

5) A breach of these policies could result in further action being taken, as outlined in the respective policy.

Boxing Queensland

Terms Of Registration:

I agree:

(a)to be bound by, and to observe, the Anti-Doping and Participants’ Protection Regulations of Boxing Australia, as amended from time to time;

(b) That I will not knowingly participate in or host (as an affiliated club) any unsanctioned event as an athlete, coach, official or affiliated club/member as per the Boxing Qld/Boxing Aus Rules and Regulations.

This includes but is not limited to the following groups -

'Sunstate Boxing League',
'Southern Sunstate Boxing League',
'Australian Boxing Council (ABC)',
'Masters Boxing Australia (MBA)',
'World boxing Federation (WBF)'
'International Boxing Federation'
'Australian National Amatuer Boxing Association' or
any other event that is advertised as a Boxing match, has a cover charge for entry, has a referee & is Judged, a winner is declared.

(c)that Boxing Australia’s Anti-Doping and Participants’ Protection Regulations, as amended from time to time, may be enforced against me;

(d)that Boxing Australia may test and, where appropriate, discipline me in accordance with its Anti-Doping Regulations, as amended from time to time;

(e)that Boxing Australia may conduct investigations and, where appropriate, discipline me in accordance with its Participants’ Protection Regulations, as amended from time to time and that

I am not the subject of a current resolution of:

expulsion and disqualification from membership of Boxing Queensland;
suspension, expulsion or disqualification imposed by Boxing Australia;
suspension of, expulsion or disqualification from, membership of any other association that is a member of Boxing Australia; and that

I comply with and will continue to comply with all other requirements for membership of Boxing Queensland stipulated in clause 8.2 of the constitution of Boxing Queensland, which clause I hereby acknowledge that I have read.

Additional Requirement specific to boxers

I am:

(a) a resident of Australia;

(b) at least 10 years of age;

(d) not a professional;

(e) not insane or of unsound mind; and

(f) not the subject of:

(i) any current disqualification or suspension from competition as a boxer imposed by Boxing Queensland;

(ii) any current disqualification or suspension from competition as a boxer imposed by Boxing Australia;

(iii) any current disqualification or suspension from competition as a boxer imposed by any other association that is a member of Boxing Australia

Additional Requirement specific to Coaches;

I am:

(a) a resident of Australia;

(b) at least 18 years of age;

(d) Have my Qld Government statutory Blue Card for working with children and is linked to Boxing Qld

(d) not registered or participate in any unsanctioning boxing events/groups

(e) not insane or of unsound mind; and

(f) not the subject of:

(i) any current disqualification or suspension from competition as a coach imposed by Boxing Queensland;
(ii) any current disqualification or suspension from competition as a coach imposed by Boxing Australia;
(iii) any current disqualification or suspension from competition as a coach imposed by any other association that is a member of Boxing Australia
