It is a requirement that all athletes and coaches obtain a clearance to box interstate or internationally.

All details must be completed correctly and in full on the clearance form and emailed back to the secretary@boxingqueensland.com.

The file must be saved and sent in excel format, not a PDF or screenshot. There are components BQ are required to complete prior to submitting.

When completing the DOB, it must be as follows Day, Month, Year ie; 01 Jan 2001, not 01.01.2001

It is highly recommended that a coach or designated club representative completes the form on behalf of the boxers. The form is designed for a single or multiple athletes, if you have multiple boxers attending the 1 event, they can be added to the 1 form.

If the form is incomplete the clearance will not be approved.

The form must be submitted a min of 2 weeks before travelling interstate or 4 weeks if travelling internationally.
